The North Carolina All-State Honors Orchestra Clinic will be held this year on Friday, November 6 through Sunday, November 8 with rehearsals, sectionals and seating auditions being held at UNC School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC. The event will culminate with the concert at the Stevens Center on Sunday, November 8 at 4:30 p.m.
Amanda Turner, the Director of Orchestras at East Meck and Ardrey Kell High Schools, is the chair for this event. She has posted the following documents relating to this event. Please download all necessary documents and adhere to all deadlines and requirements for the event and notify Mrs. Turner of any important information as soon as possible. Membership, acceptance Form 2009.pdf - This must be postmarked by September 14, 2009. Late forms may run the risk of students being replaced with alternates. -
Hotel, Room request form 2009.pdf (Directors may not use the blocked rooms to reserve rooms for their own students. If your students cannot share rooms with other members of the orchestra you must make your reservation outside of the blocked rooms. Directors - there is a block of 30 rooms reserved for you. You must call the hotel in order to reserve your room. Please do so early as directors who wait until the week of may not have a room available.)

Medical form.pdf - A copy must be on file with Mrs. Turner and a copy must be kept with director. All participants must fill out a medical form whether they are staying at the hotel or are local.
